Remote Channel Administrator is a J2SE software remote control for VideoLan.
In case you are streaming TV across your network using VideoLan, this program takes care of connecting remotely to the VideoLan server (via VLC’s Telnet interface) and setting the ‘dshow-tuner-channel’.
It is easily modifiable to add new commands to be sent, and is also capable of reading the current channel from the remote VLC player.
